Maintenance
When repairs are needed at your property or appliances need to be repaired we will arrange to have work completed by one of our approved contractors. We are equally happy to deal with any contractor nominated by you. We will keep you informed of the need for any major expenditure and we will adhere strictly to your instructions on expenditure.
