We can tailor make any package for you depending on the level of service that you require. In general we can provide Letting for 6% and Property Management for 10%
Depending on the location and number of your property our software allows us to price more competitively where there are greater numbers of properties involved.
All management fees may be tax deductible, as will some of the other costs associated with the rental of your property. For further advice you should seek professional guidance either from your accountant or tax advisor.
