  1. How long will it be before my property is let?

A good agent will usually start advertising a property a couple of weeks before it becomes vacant. If you follow our advice your property will let quickly with good Tenants too!

  2. How do I get quality tenants?

Get a good agent! If you are doing it yourself it can be very time consuming and you may have to meet prospective Tenants at all times of the day or night! Letting can be unsocial as many people are unavailable during the day to view properties. Good agents can take all the hassle and ensure that the tenants are properly vetted by checking work and previous landlord references. Using their experience they will ensure to find the right tenants for your property.

  3. Why do I need an agent?

There are many private landlords who choose to let out their own properties and are successful in finding tenants. However, letting can be a complex business. Legally the whole area has changed since the introduction of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. Professional Agents are experienced in not only finding the right tenants for your property but are familiar with all the legal aspects that can arise on a daily basis. They will draw up tenancy agreements, check references, and can advise you on the best course of action for any given or novel situation.
