On the completion of a development, ownership of the common areas of the development is vested in the Management Company formed for this purpose. The owners usually become shareholders in this company. The group as a whole will elect directors and often a committee to deal with any management issues.

When Cork Letting is managing a block, we liaise and follow the instructions of the Directors or Management Committee as directed. We can attend the AGM and answer directly to the owners on any queries or issues that they may have. Our software will track all financial information and will produce the reports which will form the basis of the audited accounts. We take the hassle out of the management for owners and have the contacts and expertise available to us to deal with any issue that may arise.
